'Rosie has been absolutely amazing to work with! She’s really helped me to get on top of my ADHD and been a massive part of my journey. She’s approachable and understands what it’s like to have ADHD.;

'When I first got my diagnoses and started listening to Rosie’s podcast I instantly loved her approach to helping others with ADHD. I was then over the moon to get my grant and start coaching with her. It has been everything I wanted and more. The packages she offers are so unique and personable as-well as 121s I got group coaching and a community of others where there is constant support. I have learnt such valuable information from her as she is so generous constantly sharing her knowledge and encouragement. This has impacted not just my journey in healing and growing but it has also had a ripple effect on those around me and my loved ones comment on the positive changes.'

'There aren't enough words in the English language for me to describe how amazing Rosie is. Between always being available to message outside hours, to a multitude of external tools and ideas; always with the perfect amount of positivity. She has been so pivotal in helping me better understand myself and the things that I need to achieve any goal that I have for myself. Hers would be the first name I mention to any of my friends if they are seeking any guidance from someone in her field of expertise. I hope you will find her even a tenth as useful as I have.'
Can’t stop thinking. Over every word you said, didn’t say, might’ve said wrong.
Can’t stop feeling. Like everything’s too loud, too much, all at once.
Can’t stop doing. Cleaning, working, planning a new business idea you’ll probably forget tomorrow.
Can’t stop people-pleasing, overcommitting, saying yes when you mean no.
Can’t stop chasing the next hit of dopamine. Food, phones, relationships, work, wine, whatever numbs it.
Can’t stop questioning yourself, even when things look fine from the outside.
But then nothing.
Can’t start the thing that matters.
Can’t open the email, send the message, finish the form.
Can’t start the business you keep dreaming about.
Can’t start the conversation that’s been sitting in your chest for weeks.
Can’t start getting support because where the hell would you even begin?
You live in this weird push and pull.
Too much. Not enough.
All go. Then flat out.
Torn between potential and paralysis.
And the worst part? You’ve probably blamed yourself the whole time.
You’re not broken. You’re just tangled.
And trying harder isn’t the answer.
ADHD Untangled isn’t here to teach you how to ‘fit in’ to the world around you.
It’s not about adding more to your life or becoming someone new.
It’s here to support you in stripping back the layers of what isn’t you.
So you can start taking authentic action towards building a life that actually feels meaningful to who you really are.

I know that feeling, because I’ve been there too.
Not just once or twice. For years.
I don’t just have the accreditation. I’ve lived the full messy, misunderstood, tangled-up version of it.
From the outside, it looked like I had energy and ambition. But behind the scenes? I was constantly overwhelmed, chasing highs, crashing hard, partying too much, and trying to outrun the question that haunted me for years: What the hell is wrong with me?
Before my diagnosis, I burned out in corporate jobs, got lost in addiction, and masked my way through life trying to be everything for everyone. The only thing that stayed consistent? That deep feeling of not being enough.
Everything changed when I found movement, stopped letting drink and drugs rule
my life, and finally understood my brain. Not just through a label, but by untangling the shame, perfectionism, and old stories that kept me stuck.
This is what I bring to my coaching: not theory, but real-life experience of rebuilding from the ground up, and the tools that actually helped me (and now help my clients) create a life that finally fits.
Coaching with me is not therapy.
And it’s not about fixing you. Because you’re not broken.
I won’t tell you what to do.
(because let’s be honest, you won’t do it anyway - hello, demand avoidance).
I won’t pretend I have all the answers.
(because I don’t, and I never will).
I won’t judge you.
(because I’m not here as a perfect human - I’m in this with you).
I won’t rush your process.
(because you can’t build something real by cramming it into someone else’s timeline).
I won’t expect you to fit into someone else’s version of success.
(because maybe you’re here to build something that’s never existed before - and that’s the point).
Be in your corner, every step of the way.
Believe in you, even when you don’t.
Keep you accountable, until we figure out a way that works for you.
Ask questions that help you untangle what’s really going on.
Help you reframe the old stories; the ones that say you’re not enough, or that you have to get it perfect before you’re allowed to start.
Support you to take imperfect action, even when the impostor voice kicks in.
Help you rebuild the confidence that ADHD, shame, and burnout may have worn down.
Remind you that your brain is not the problem, the world just hasn’t been built for it.
Share everything I’ve learned about our brilliantly wired brains, and how to work with them, not against them.
Create a space where you can drop the mask and show up exactly as you are.
Do everything I can to make sure you feel empowered to live a life that feels meaningful and true to you.
